Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation. Cancellation between 6 and 4 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking. Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking. Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total booking. No show or failure to communicate cancellation: 100% of the total booking.

If you have to cancel your booking because of COVID-19, you must communicate the reason for your cancellation in writing up to 48 hours before your planned arrival. Valid reasons for a free cancellation or change of booking are: closure of borders, official travel warning issued from your country of origin or one of your family members has tested positive for COVID-19 (we require a medical certificate in this case). If the legislator prescribes it, there may be a possible reduction in the scope of benefits. However, this does not impact the room price. We advise that the current COVID-19 hygiene regulations and rules must be respected and that they could change at any time.

We are required to charge a local tourist tax of €1.80 per guest per night from the age of 14. The tax is not included in the room’s price. To confirm your booking, a 30% down payment of the total booking sum must be paid by credit card or bank transfer. We accept the following payments: cash; debit cards: Maestro; credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
